Letter from Our Secretary General

It is with great excitement and pride that I welcome you all to MHIMUN’25. This program is not just an event; it is the result of determination, teamwork, and the belief that if we don’t take action now, then who will?

When the idea of organizing MHIMUN first came to mind, I was driven by one simple thought: “If I don’t do it right now, then who will? And if not now, when?” But as much as I believed in this vision, I quickly realized that it wasn’t something I could accomplish on my own. It was only through the encouragement, commitment, and tireless efforts of my amazing friends that this dream became a reality. Their support turned challenges into opportunities, and their dedication turned ideas into action.

One of the lessons I’ve learned along the way is the importance of patience and persistence. That’s why our motto is: “Slow motion is better than no motion.” Even when progress seemed small or slow, we never gave up. Step by step, we moved forward, and today, we are here because of that belief.

Now, it’s your turn to carry this journey forward. As delegates, you are not just participants; you are global leaders, problem-solvers, and visionaries. The discussions you have, the ideas you share, and the connections you create will make this experience truly special. Remember, no contribution is too small, and no idea is insignificant. Together, you have the power to create something extraordinary.

Last but not least, I want to thank all of you for being a part of MHIMUN’25. This program is yours to shape and experience. Let’s work together to make this experience truly unforgettable, proving that every step, no matter how slow, is a step toward greatness.

Letter from Our Director General

Welcome to MHIMUN! Today, we are here not just to discuss global issues, but to show that we, the youth, are the ones who will shape the future. We are not spectators of change, but its actors. And that change starts here, with us, the participants of MHIMUN.

I’m Khalilullah Bhathiya, from Madagascar. I’m the General Director of MHIMUN. And It’s a pleasure to speak to you today.

The world faces many challenges: climate change, inequality, and conflict. But these challenges are not beyond us. We, the youth, have the power to transform, to innovate, and to lead. We have the ideas, energy, and commitment to make real change happen. As our slogan says, “Motion is better than no motion.” Every step we take, no matter how small, matters.

Today, we take on this responsibility with determination and hope. Together, as MHIMUN participants, we can build a better future. Thank you for believing in our collective strength, and let’s be the leaders of tomorrow!
